The Team
Dr Harveer Khosa
Dental Surgeon
BOH, PGDipClinDent
Dr Harveer Khosa graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science, before going on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry. He has been working in the dental profession for more than 6 years, with broad experience in both general and specialised dentistry.
As well as general dentistry, Dr Khosa has a special interest in preventative dentistry, indirect restorations, full mouth rehabilitations, endodontics and root canal treatment.
Being able to help nervous patients to relax and feel comfortable is the part of Dr Khosa’s job that he finds most rewarding – especially when they begin to actually enjoy visiting the dentist! It is important to him to treat and guide patients to optimal oral health care, preserving their oral health and reducing the chances of long-term complications developing.
Outside of work, Dr Khosa spends most of his free time with his young son, but also enjoys playing golf with friends and going on local hikes with his family. He is a keen traveler both around New Zealand and internationally.
Dr Joyce Chieng
Dental Surgeon
BDS (Otago)
Dr. Joyce understands how much healthy teeth and a beautiful smile can add to your quality of life.
Prior to her university studies in Otago, it was her own orthodontist who inspired her to become a dentist, and this was in line with her aspiration to work in healthcare to nurture and help people to return to their best state of health. After working in Waikato and Otago for a few years, she decided to move to Auckland to join her family.
Dr Joyce’s special interests includes aesthetic, biomimetic dentistry, orthodontics and Invisalign and minor oral surgery.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Dr Chieng likes to help you to make oral health simple and customized to your lifestyle and building long-term relationships with people. In her spare time she enjoys pilates, badminton, and exploring new food experiences.
